Built on legacy. Shaping the future.
DLF has been developing for more than 78 years. In that time it has delivered over 153 landmark projects and more than 330 million sq ft across 15 states and 24 cities — a portfolio that runs from luxury residences through office parks, retail, hospitality and leisure. It is the largest publicly listed real estate company in India.
That scale matters to a homebuyer for an unglamorous reason: a company that has handed over whole city districts has an operating system for it. Approvals, contractors, maintenance, a resident experience after possession — these are process problems, and process is what a 78-year balance sheet buys.
DLF’s own framing of The Westpark is the sentence worth keeping: with this project, Mumbai experiences that legacy for the first time. This is DLF’s first residential address in the city in over a decade.

Recognition
Sustainability and safety awards are the only part of a developer's reputation that is scored externally, which makes them the part worth quoting.
Three consecutive years on the index — the global benchmark that scores listed companies on environmental, social and governance performance rather than on sales.
Awarded by the British Safety Council in a single year. The Sword is given for demonstrated excellence in health and safety management, which on a residential site is a construction-quality signal.
330+ million sq ft developed across homes, offices, retail, hospitality and leisure — the spread that lets DLF underwrite a market it has not built in before.

July 2025
DLF brought The Westpark to market in July 2025 intending to release two of Phase 1’s four towers. Demand took all four. Every one of the 416 apartments in Towers 2, 3, 4 and 5 sold in under a week, for roughly ₹2,300 crore, and DLF announced the complete sellout in a release dated 25 July 2025.
That is the context for Phase 2. Towers 6 and 7 are 135 residences on the same Eco-Deck, built to the same specification, by a developer that has now proved the address rather than argued for it. It is also why there is no soft inventory here to negotiate against.
Initially, we launched only two of the four planned towers, but due to exceptional demand, we brought all four towers to market, resulting in the sellout of all 416 units.

How it is structured
A Mumbai redevelopment carries more entities than a greenfield township, and a buyer meets all of them on paper. Here is who is who before the paperwork arrives.
The developer
A wholly owned subsidiary of DLF Limited, and the DLF entity that develops The Westpark in partnership with Trident Realty.
The joint venture
DLF holds the majority. DLF's own partnership announcement confirms the joint venture but does not publish the split; the 51:49 figure comes from reporting on the deal.
The promoter on record
This is the entity named as promoter on the MahaRERA registrations. It is the name you will see on the agreement for sale, so it is worth recognising before you see it.
The scheme
The Westpark is the free-sale component of an SRA scheme. Reporting on the structure has Trident handling rehabilitation and land clearance, DLF the free-sale development. It is also why the total land parcel is larger than the saleable master plan.
The land picture follows from the scheme. The Oshiwara estate runs to about 18 acres; the master plan DLF is building is a smaller part of it, and DLF’s own release puts The Westpark at roughly 5.18 acres. Different sources quote different acreages because they are measuring the scheme land, the saleable master plan and the current footprint. We will show you the MahaRERA filing rather than ask you to pick a number.
Due diligence
A developer's track record is only useful if you can tie it to documents for the specific tower you are buying in. These four are the ones that matter at The Westpark.
Phase 1 is registered as PR1181012500079, valid to 30/06/2032. Phase 2 is registered separately as "The Westpark Phase-1B" under PR1181012602591, valid to 30/06/2034. Insist on the one that matches your tower.
DLF publishes a compliance page for the project. It records the ground-floor plinth slab as completed across Towers 2, 3, 4 and 5, with Phase 1B documentation listed as being updated.
DLF's own FAQ states that The Westpark Phase-1 and Phase-1B are approved by all leading nationalised and private banks.
DLF does not publish a price for The Westpark; its own answer is that the starting price is available on request. Treat any portal figure as a portal figure. Homes are indicatively ₹5.5 Cr onwards.
