This policy applies to https://www.thewestparkbydlf.com, a marketing website for DLF The Westpark in Oshiwara, Andheri West, Mumbai 400053. Throughout this page, “we” and “this site” mean RealRevenue, the authorised channel partner that operates it, and “the developer” means DLF Limited and its joint-venture partner Trident Realty.

The project this site markets

DLF The Westpark is being developed by DLF Limited with Trident Realty. The registered promoter entity is Pegeen Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd.. The project is registered with MahaRERA in phases:

• The Westpark — Phase 1 (Towers 2 to 5): PR1181012500079, valid up to 30/06/2032.
• The Westpark — Phase 1B (Towers 6 and 7, marketed as Phase 2): PR1181012602591, valid up to 30/06/2034.

Both registrations can be verified at maharera.maharashtra.gov.in. The developer's own project website is thewestpark.dlf.in. A registration validity date is not a possession date.

What we collect, and why

The enquiry forms on this site ask for three things: your name, your phone number and your email address. They are submitted to our own lead-management system and used for one purpose — to respond to your enquiry about The Westpark and to send you project information such as the brochure, configurations, floor plans, payment plans or a cost sheet.

We do not ask for and do not want your identity documents, your PAN or Aadhaar, your bank details, your income papers or any payment information through this website. If a form or a caller claiming to represent this site ever asks you for those, or for money, stop and call us on the number below to check.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share the details you submit with the developer and its authorised sales team, and with our own authorised representatives, solely so that your enquiry can be answered and a site visit or booking can be arranged. We keep enquiry records for as long as we are in contact with you about the project and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Calls, WhatsApp and consent

When you submit an enquiry form, call us or message our WhatsApp number, you are asking us to contact you back about The Westpark— by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email — even if your number is registered on a Do Not Disturb or Do Not Call list. That consent covers this project only. Tell us to stop at any time and we will, and we will remove your details from our follow-up list if you ask.

Analytics, advertising and your browser

This site uses third-party measurement and advertising tools that set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking, Microsoft Clarity and Vercel Analytics. They tell us how pages are found and used, and whether an advertisement led to an enquiry. Microsoft Clarity may record interactions such as clicks and scrolling. Each of those providers processes that data under its own privacy policy, and we do not control it.

The site also stores a small flag in your browser's local storage once you have unlocked the brochure, so you are not asked for your details twice. That flag stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can clear cookies and site data, or block them, in your browser settings; the pages will still work, but some conveniences will reset.

Embedded content — the Google Maps frame on the contact and location pages, and YouTube video players — is served by Google and loads only when you view or play it. Google receives the usual request data when it does.

Accuracy of information

Prices, areas, layouts, specifications, amenities, timelines and availability shown on this site are indicative and subject to change without prior notice. Where we quote a figure we try to say where it came from: the developer's own brochure or project site, a MahaRERA registration, or a named third-party report. Figures attributed to news reports, listing portals or research firms are theirs, not the developer's and not ours.

The developer publishes no price list for The Westpark. Any rate per square foot you see quoted for this project anywhere online is a market-reported or portal-published asking figure rather than a developer rate. Before you commit to anything, verify the applicable price, the RERA carpet area, the payment schedule and the possession position in writing with the developer's authorised sales team.

Renders, walkthroughs and landscape images on this site are the developer's artist's impressions. They indicate design intent, not the as-built product. Maps are not to scale and are for representation only.

Intellectual property

The The Westpark and DLF Limited names, logos, brochures, renders and marketing collateral reproduced here belong to their respective owners and are used for the purpose of marketing this project as an authorised channel partner. We claim no ownership of them. If you own material on this site and want it removed, call us on the number below and we will act on it.

We may update this page as the project, the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and the version published here is the one that applies.
